ok, somebody (me) – needs to slow down on the shopping! i keep thinking i need more dresses for summer parties…but i don’t.

on sale at gap for $9 – great for the summer.

i mean….i found these at the bcbg outlet for about $90; is this love? yes, yes it is

i’ve been searching for a long romper – found this one at the bcbg outlet as well

yep -bcbg outlet again. i get that i’m a ‘one trick dress pony’ – but this style works on my body the best. i think i’ll make this my rehearsal dinner dress! nothing says bridal like a little lemon cupcake : )

i shopped: harem, drawstrings, and joggers

i didn’t mean to do it, but this summer i’m living in the loose ones.

by accident – i’ve acquired an alarming amount of these loose, silky, pj-like (but fitted at the ankle) pants, and i’m just going to go with it.

like all these i just got from forever 21…(click the pics for links).

i shopped: the sales + extra off

it’s hard to buy for spring when it is still cold in chicago, but sales + some extra off is all i needed to get me in the mood. i did a little pre-la and in la shopping.

i love those shoes! they became my travel shoes last summer – and why wouldn’t i need another animal print for my feet?

i shopped: wedding accessories

ok, the shoes, the shoes, the shoes. i’m obsessed with finding the perfect bridal, but not so bridal shoe. i’ve been through three pairs so far; the printed silk nicholas kirkwood pumps was my biggest heartbreak.

a week or so ago, my gal pal and i went to the luxury garage sale party – a fab place to visit if you live in chicago, or online otherwise! well, what did i spy with my little designer eye…a pair of new, in the box jimmy choo’s (in my size).

now, discounted they were, but they were still a pretty penny. after wearing them around the store and almost letting them go – i knew it was fate when the song we are planning to dance to started playing at the register – i know, right?! how could i not. here they are in all their glory!

snotty, i know, but i love the ring of , “and the bride wore jimmy choooooos”!

i shopped: 2 hello beautiful & the gilt warehouse sale

a little insider info here!

i’m big on mixing hi/low priced items and my arm stack is no different. now, if i could afford to stack 5 deep with hermes bracelets…i probably would, but i have a dog to feed.

it’s coming saturday april 13th – the gilt city chicago legendary warehouse sale. i’ve honestly gotten some of my most prized dresses here! this year a little birdie informed me they’ll have beverages, special offers, services, and swag from brands like Uber and Exhale….

i shopped: nyc & shoes

i’ve been meaning to post about my nyc conquests.

i found my engagement photos dress – it’s a white, textured rachel zoe – in the words of the designer herself, “i die…it’s bananas”:

my new wire stackers from alex and ani - i’ve been wearing these like crazy.

i got this feisty necklace from bauble bar’s pop up store.

some deals & steals:

cute madewell jumper, on sale on sale. a pal had it on with a dotted shirt = adorable!

and shoes: check out the heels on these vince camuto shoes - oh, under $60! love:

perfect green color on these pour la victoire to carry me into spring – who doesn’t love a good mary jane?

got both pairs of shoes at lori’s – love that place.
